Wouldn’t wish my mental health on my worst enemy. i’m only 15 and I feel like i’ve already ruined everything good in my life but hey at least im not the only one ig

been through the exact same thing at 15, gonna drop some advice

1. Take everything slowly, and start searching online for opportunities and hobbies you might be interested in

2. Assuming you’re in grade 9, 10, or 11 this fall, start making more friends. It’s als possible in grade 12 but grade 10 and 11 were when I had the best experiences with my friends

3. When in feelings of distress, dont be afraid to cry, yell, or something else. Do it in a private space of course, but do it either way.

4. Mask. Sine you’re nd, masking will be very important to do.

I’m sorry i felt like this last year as well and it did get a bit better

Try to start doing things you used to do in the past if there was ever a time you felt better than now. Like playing a specific video game/eating a food/working out. Def things that only depend on you.

No joke in some ways i think playing Hollow Knight again saved my life.
