yeah ugh i was looking in my photos and i look pan faced in a lot of them but I'm also told I look a little sickly/gaunt irl (usually when I don't eat that day), i even showed a picture to someone and they mentioned how my face always looks big in photos so i know it's not just me, it's still a huge mind fuck thoI feel the same too, might be because of angles and lighting tbh. But I also look different in the mirror as well sometimes

the thing is it's not even bloat it's the way the the lighting captures my face , my mom has the same issue and she refuses to take photos for the same reason and i can 100% affirm she looks 20lbs heavier and 10 years older in most photos when she looks anorexic irl it's crazy
