im confused i thought fruits and veggies are carbs
You never gonna spike your insulin and gain weight by eating fruits, the fibers/vitamins/minerals amount will makes you full, compared to regular impactful carbs like refined sugar, gluten, pastas, rice and so on

Veggies are also low calories unless you're eating legumes, but still, eating 100g of beans is far more satiating than 100g of pastas

u will spike insulin by eating fruits plus they are high in fructose, not saying they are bad, but eat it seasonally and locally grown

yeah, but beans could be hard on ur gut tho and yes its more satiating, for me and my mom personally we cant digest legumes properly due to lectin sensitivity

Yeah but you know what i mean, 100g of apples or berries will have a different nutritional value than 100g of pastas

insoluble fiber isnt really needed, and doesnt feed bacterias in the gut, soluble fiber does it and its present in fruits
Resistant starch is mainly soluble fibers to my knowledge

no, you said fibres arent carbs.
Theyre only counted separately because we dont digest it which means it doesnt raise blood sugar. Its still very much part of the carb family.
Yeah I m talking in a common knowledge way don't worry I know everything about glucose from biochem
