I love peanut butter

I personally eat the 100% peanut butter (meaning no sugar no palm oil) and time to time raw salted butter
doesnt matter if theres nothing added
full of peanut oil which is a seed oil
the oil get oxidised in ur body which is harmful to u
full of anti nutrients too like lectins and lagumes
 
Same except with almond or cashew butter
 
i used to put it on toast when i ate beef ramen :cool:
