40% would theoretically be fuck all, but yes you would be giving yourself chemically induced vitiligo for god knows how long
Both versions will give you vitiligo that’s no doubt, but the vitiligo will should go away quicker if you use higher percentages (since they are stronger duh). But the rate at which the agent works is different for everyone
