last one (3 weeks on - 1 week off ) across summer resulted in +1.3 cm in height and what it seems to be better bones , while giving worse skin elasticity and sugar addiction

will experiment more

>so starting the day without carbs , high fat and good quality protein and preferebly raw ( probably eggs ) to Preserve insulin sensitivity, maintain baseline GH
>for lunch , a high carb high protein to spike insulin and thus igf-1 for anabolism
>for dinner , a no carb high protein dinner to avoid spiking insulin and thus keeping GH elevated during sleep
>have a good sleep
>repeat
