Ive tried
- lowering bf%
- face massage/gua sha/lymphyatic drainage
- 3+ liters of water a day
- 3 miles or more sprints 4+ times a week
- spamming bananas and coconut water + balanced clean diet
- no salt
- balancing my blood sugar

I have spammed these for like the past 8 months or so and nthing has worked its helped a lil bit prolly jus with genuine normal bloating but I my face is still fat

body fat prob not low enough or lacking lean mass, get in the gym
 
It all depends on how your canine fossa is
Also fat distribution counts
You said running 4x but I’d say you shouldn’t,yes you sweat and get rid of some water retention but the cortisol spike during running won’t help
Just spam a GLP-1 agonist
 
Also potassium supplementation is cope
Your body would use more sodium of you took so much potassium due to electrolyte regulating

I workout everyday😭😭 rn I am at 17% I think bc im tryna bulk up. I used to b at 12% and I maintained that for awhile and my face was still fat. I play 2 in school sports btw so basically I get 3 workouts a day. 1 at school 1 run afterschool and then one when I do my calaesthicss routine also I grew up rlly underweight but I bulit it all with muscle
 
What is GLP-1
A GLP-1 agonist will increase fat burning,most common one is ozempic
Also others but I can’t type the names right
