I need help to get more weight loss

Anyone has more tips other than deficit and shit to lose again weight well tbh I was on 52kg (114 pounds) to now 54kg (119 pounds) well my goal it's overall to get rid of weight to be under 50, so extra I am 165cm 5'5. But i'm not sure about my height cuz on doctor it says 5'4, today again said 5'3, other time i was 5'6.
But yeah I need help as quickly possible in this

So why I gained, just because I was like 10-15 days late with my period and I got heavily scared and started eating at manteinance then a lot of social high days happened then ended up on this not that I am so unhappy but I want an lower weight

unfortunately there is not a magic spell to lose weight. u just have to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose it. i recommend u to do a lot of cardio, and drink a lot of water, ( add electrolytes to prevent water retention), andeat enough protein. u could also try doing omad if u can

I am into an deficit but I mean other things to get in mind such as the quality of food matters or just the calories because I find different opinions on that

to lose weight all that matters is calories tbh. but if u eat 1000 cals of junk food or 1000 of healthy food it shows on ur body

okiiii but yes that it's like i get sooo confused between staying on my calories between eating whatever i want or trying to eat healthier

calories matter for weight loss, but food quality matters for satiety, hormones and how your body looks. best is staying in deficit while eating mostly whole foods and protein
