Please give me any tips you got on how to lose weight
Or any program, I cant go to the gym due to the age restrictions for it in my country ( so odd )

How old are you ? 60 kgs at 5'8 is not gay all it's pretty healthy, I would recommend keeping this weight until you're done with puberty.

I am 15 -> 4 months away from turning 16
60 kg was my weight but since I started taking medication I have gained some pounds

girl i’m the exact same i used to be 60kg as a 5’8 girls but now im like 68 which isn’t a massive difference but i promise you it will happen you it just takes time
