Yes it will lead to skin atrophy that’s what changes the appearance, it’s okay to do and it works pretty well, just don’t do it for a prolonged period of time

Hydrocortisone, aqualyx, filler, botox, tret, accutane, rhino, there’s many ways to atleast make it look a bit better
