i need to debloat

On a day when you have the whole day free (this is important because you’ll be going to the bathroom many times), drink plenty of pure bottled water throughout the day.

Note: Not do as a common practice because you will lost your minerals.

caloric deficit is not required to debloat but if facial fat rather than water retention is the issue than that would help.
agreed but if you eat in a deficit it’s a lot harder to eat junk that will bloat you so i always recommend
