I need to train my hyoid and lower my bf, any suggestions for more vitamins? excluding magnesium and calcium, as I already have them.

but I didn't say I'm going to replace food just to take supplements, I eat a lot every day, my nutrition is very good, especially because I'm 15 years old, my father is 169cm and my mother is 157cm, I'm 182, I just want to maximize my gains

I dont think vitamins will raise your hyoid
I know, I just said that I need to train my hyoid, and then I asked which vitamins I should take, a statement that has nothing to do with the question, but I wanted to put it that way.
