How can I make this change happen I am 16 and I a currently the left one the right one is a morph if you can't notice the change I made the right face wider nothing else I just started late puberty and have about 3-4 years until my plates fuse I am a late bloomer how can I make this morph reality is marpe the only way?

masseter hypertrophy will make ur lower third larger but it wont make ur midface wider like u desire only marpe can do that.
