Discussion I officially give up on gymmaxxing

You are still going to look bad because your diet and sleep is shit if you can't recover

I've always said it. If you're short, ygly and bald, better be fit than being a fat lard

I'm now no longer gonna be putting stress on my muscles and aging myself for no reason, time to eat raw milk and drink raw meat šŸ˜‹

JFL at the "anti-aging" statement, all working out is doing is killing ur cells, the whole point of muscle growth is putting stress on your muscles so they tear and repair, thatā€™s hypertrophy, the problem is, that process doesnā€™t just stop at the muscles, it hits all your cells, old ones die off faster and get replaced with ā€œnewerā€ ones, but theyā€™re not better, just stronger, this speeds up the aging process, youā€™re literally aging faster than your biological age, go take a look at 30 yr old bodybuilders, they look like theyā€™re in their 50s because theyā€™re constantly putting their bodies in a state of perpetual stress, itā€™s a downward spiral, and all those ā€œgains" are just another form of coping and compensating for your genetics, tall masculine Chad with natural test and wide frame will always mog the framecel manlet gymcel who wasted all his life to look older

BUT you're not obligated to spend 6 days per week, 2 hours per day to working out your high volume split routines.
You can do 1 or 2 workouts per week, full body and only compound movements for 45mins for example
Or you can go on walk, or using a bike

sure bodybuilders blast steroids, but even without them, the damage done by constant exercise is still real, ur body wasnā€™t meant to handle that much stress, itā€™s not just about muscles, itā€™s about what happens inside, exercise damages ur cells, causes inflammation and keeps u in a permanent stress state which just boosts aging, this idea that biking or walking for some random 45 minutes will somehow reverse aging is laughable, ur just gonna tire urself out and make ur body look worse in the long run, the "health benefits" they push are just delusions, when u keep pushing ur body like that, ur just making urself worse, all that hard work for nothing, ur body is breaking down and ur test is tanking even more jfl

This is absolute cagefuel, gymcelling is just a pathetic distraction, itā€™s nothing but cope for those who canā€™t accept the brutal reality, all ur doing is self sabotaging, stressing ur body and hormones, and making urself weaker in the long run, itā€™s just an endless hamster wheel that drags u deeper into the abyss, genetics are what decide everything, no amount of gym ā€œhard workā€ is going to make a 5'5 manlet with soy consumption look like a Chad, ur just mimicking some fantasy, go ask a bodybuilder how their joints feel after a decade of hitting the gym and watch them fall apart, they donā€™t age well, they age like shit, theyā€™re getting worn out faster than a car with bad maintenance, the gym just makes things worse lmao

true, you cant change your bones, genes are genes, going to the gym wont make your 5'5 ass 6'4 but neither rotting in bed with looksmaxxing forums is.

going to the gym is not what you think it is, not everyone does stuff to be attractive, for most people is different, i train because im seeking other goals, i dont care about the long run or neither having a juicy body.

and yeah going to the gym makes you stronger and better looking because you are neither skinny or fat, cope as much as you want but even a chad with ultra aryan genes isnt going to get their strength randomly spawned
