I think brushing my teeth once a day rather than twice made them healthier

So I went to the dentist recently, after switching to brushing my teeth only after i woke up rather than before i went to sleep and after waking up, and i only had 1 cavity
Beforehand, i used to go and theyd say i had 6 or some big ass number of cavities
My teeth have been whiter than ever, no comments on smelly breath ever
I brush once when i wake up for 2-3 minutes straight

I dont know if there’s any science behind this, but im just talking out of experience

ok

disgusting. this just reminded me to go brush my teeth, thanks.

It is very unlikely that it has to do with the amount of times u brush them. The most logical explanation is that you were brushing them incorrectly when you were doing it twice a day( for eaxmple u migh have been irritating ur gums by bruhsing too hard). Maybe ur dentist showed you how to brush them correctly?

Cope, theres no quality over quantity method in brushing your TEETH. Its mostly quality, but quantity is basically almost equal
