The agepill is genuinely one of the most brutal pills there is- you spend your youth rotting away thinking about your looks, overanalyzing every situation just to realize how good u actually had it in comparison to once ur an old man. Even the strongest slayers will be looked at with nothing but pity i cant imagine a life like that i think id rather rope

You only care about your looks because of relationships and better treatment. When ur old you should already be settled down and looks contribute less to your treatment aswell with age
