I look ugly even with makeup on, even obese women twice my size look good with makeup but I don't. To the asshole who said "if you eat goyslop you have no right to complain" you haven't been ugly with makeup on which is the true test of being chopped.

Never let yourself go or get big its not worth it, also my MRI showed that my maxilla, chin and the rest of my midface is cooked

Also I'd be so much better with box osteotomy and a new nose
