You guys should be abusing social networking (when you do find someone, @hersheykiss). I find it's a very good way to initially connect with someone, including a feature partner, when you're a person who uses internet forums a lot.

Mainly because you're probably more accustomed to texting and will feel way more comfortable doing so. It's the main way i got with my current lady and my ex-lady. I'd always text and talk with them for a month or even two before even going out.
