I want to achieve such levels without makeup...pls tell me if it is possible? How close am i to it right now?

Honestly I plan on debloat, leanmaxx, changing alimentation(sugar no longer allowed, bananas as only fruit), walking 20k+ steps a day, I will try to run a few minutes too, lifting 15 mins weights on weekends, less screen time.
If my hair won t grow fuller with the help of vitamins, I guess I will buy some volume extensions and once I get some money I guess I will have to start using spf. I find my skin decent so I won t start a skin care routine. I will also start using gua sha

You literally rated one of these girls as mtb if not wrong and you said I can achieve htb with improvement. Why wouldn t it work in your perception?

She doesn t fraud her skin...lots of turkish actresses come from the western and northern parts from the country. They look more euro. The turks in western europe are from the eastern parts and even kurdish

thats interesting, so do they have similar pheno to like greeks for example? i thought most people there had like darker skin tone like romanian typa pheno, and i only know a few kurds and theyre all brown lol. at first i thought maybe she skin bleached cuz i see a lot fo indains doing the same and it looks similar

You mean romani not romanian i guess. Cuz romanian look would be uncommon outside of western and northern turkey.

u know more about phenos thn me lol, i dont even know what pheno i am tbh is it based solely on your features or your genetics cuz my family is mainly scottish and irish idk if that matters if im tryna find out what i am
 
also to answer the thread u already fog like 6-7 of the girls and the rest are like world renowned models lol, but u are not 1 million miles away from them dont get me wrong u just need a few things

He has to maintain very low bf as his features don t suit roundness and she suits the roundness but she is quite thin and works out and eat all healthy but face still doesn t show briliant bones

yeah the first and fifth girls benefit a lot from it, like the first girls cheekbones look way more prominent due to bronzer/blush and the fifth girl has a massive forehead which is kinda hidden by bangs

Tbh the turkish actresses are still very beautiful on motion since they take them from beauty pageants not acting schools
