i wanna improve like everything, the only plan i have atm is to train shoulders more so my frame can improve, idk what to do with my face tho, the only things i can think of is hair style and shaving, but thats not gonna boost me that much thats like the slightest increase ever, the 3rd picture is a bit after the first 2, like 2 weeks after, my skin has cleared slightly, since ive been getting better sleep recently,
