I want to part my hair

S I want to separate my hair with the help of hair mousse, but it turns out bad. Is the problem me or my hair? When I part it, I want it to be slightly fluffy like my normal hair. In the second picture I am with normal hair.

Meh not bad in the first pic but u should try using a hair diffuser plus the mousse
