Oysters mog and contain more zinc and also selenium
 
oysters are good but they can weaken the immune response, Heavy metal contamination, Risk of bacterial/viral infections, Digestive issues for some
Oysters from good source won’t have heavy metal contamination or bacterial infection or digestive issues
 
And before you eat pumpkin seeds make sure too soak them to reduce phytic acid but they often in europe come soaked in packets, incase you are not sure just read the behind part of package

None of these increase testosterone you can eat all of these but still be low testosterone and you can eat fast food chemical slop but sill be high testosterone its genetic + exercise
