insulin actively increases IGF-1 binding proteins therefore increasing total bioavalibility. Latcoferrin overrated as fuck,you can get the same 20% IGF-1 systemic increase in other different and simple ways. I’m not arguing that dairy is cope dairy is good of course but it’s not but It can’t increase IGF-1 levels to a significant amount to have a consistent change. Carbs need to be talked about more often as protein,both are very important in anabolic signaling duh,water. Love you milkjar.
