what workouts do i do for stronger punches, stronger whips for lacrosse for slashing someones wrist, stronger cross checks, js stronger arms in particular, my first time going to the gym, i also want to lose weight, what workouts r for that? i also need chest n back we can worry about legday in a few years, im talking functional training, specific machines, the blackcard spa js help me get ripped, i wanna say my specs so u guys can tell me if i should stay the same in eating and mantain weight and work out to build muscle or to cut or to bulk but i dont wanna get made fun of also
