Im about to workout

I stopped drinking milk and replaced it with some greek yoghurt recently

Now I just have 800g ish of greek yoghurt a day

I will attempt to make my own yoghurt soon.
 
Nah I'm doing full body and rest day every second day
You're doing the mistake 99.9% make.

Workout twice a week.

Bench. Back, leg, shoulders, that's your compound.

One set each and 12-20 reps.

If you can only get 12, next time you do 13.

You gained strength because you did a rep or two more. So easy to track.

Not over training. You'll be so sore....

You can add one set of little mid delts and stuff
