I have some good news and bad news

Good news:
-I did my 10km race in 59:26, under the hour I said I was gonna get after my training got fucked over (Thread)
-Keeping up with school tests and homework, I did very well on my biology test (still waiting on results) and I have a maths test coming up on Tuesday
-Sleep schedule is getting better, slowly but surely fixing my circadian rhythm
-I have another upcoming 5k race in 3 weeks time, which I’m gonna train for
-im currently working on a dopamine guide
-re do over my gold goblin discord for all my Bhais :peepoLove:

Bad news:
-The dopamine guide I was working on .com got deleted, pretty much starting from zero now


I missed all of your, glad to be back finally
