I've done wrestling, bjj, combat jiu-jitsu fights, trained muay-thai and have done amateur mma fights (3-0)
The CTE from sparrings and actual fights aren't worth it imo, especially if you're paid like shit
So sad MMA fights was legalized in France only in 2022, i stopped in 2021
Anyways i still recommend Muay-Thai to people who need to grow a backbone and stop be bullied by people and by life
But there is no looksmaxxing benefits, even the cardio you do to improve your martial art can be done anywhere else
Swimming is top tier cardio, look at the swimmers physiques
