sometimes it's a kid who was brought up in a bad situation, then grew up to be an adult in a bad situation. If I were rich I'd go around giving homeless people new clothes and a hotel room for the night like those YouTube rs except I wouldn't film it

Result is the same either way, social rehabilitation is too much for the homeless, not a good ROI for govs when drugs & impulsivity are engraved in their minds. Thinking about extermination via lacing street-level drug distribution while listing to music is much more productive than buying them clothes and what-not

I'm just a little more ethical than that.

But if you really want to get rid of the "druggies" that's a quick way to do it, means homeless people who don't use substances are less affected I guess

But there's going to be some 15 year old kid in the crossfire trying to buy a pill, you need to think about that too

Thought about it - don't care. When it's bettering the world, death just becomes a number. Preventing crisis via economic & pharmaceutical aid is easy, fixing it is a different thing. GLP-1s to blunt addiction until 10-15 years of swooping up degen preds from prison to use as disposable test-subjects alludes to the specific genetic predisposition, then filtering them out by preventing said genes from passing on, alongside violent tendencies & broad-spectrum stupidity. After that, social programming to eradicate poverty, execute greedy corporations, and kidnap a few politicians family's and the good 'ol "I will kill your wife and children if you don't comply" prank, now with 24/7 monitoring & RC high-pressurized rods to destroy their brain-stem if they're caught disobeying
