Im thinking of getting tret

What are the stuff i need to know about after getting tret?
sandwich method & introduce slowly...
u might break out at first but its all part of the process... unless it doesnt improve then u should try something else...❤️

hey

can you tell me what skin concerns you have? not everyone needs tret maybe your skin would like azelaic acid more

make sure to start slowly so you don’t damage your skin barrier. use it 1-2 times a week at night at first

1. use a low ph cleanser like COSRX low ph cleanser, i recommend this a lot because it matches your skin’s acidity and doesn’t strip your skin of it’s natural moisture

2. apply a moisturiser like la roche posay cicaplast or avene cicalfate if these are too expensive for you, just stick to whatever cheaper moisturiser your country sells & make sure it’s non-comedogenic

3. apply a pea sized amount of your tret & then apply another layer of your moisturiser

4. when you wake up, wash your face with just water (sometimes water from sinks can actually make you break out. it happened to me before so try washing your face with bottled water, personally for me that cleared my skin) then pat dry with a paper towel & apply your sunscreen. id recommend korean sunscreen like beauty of joseon, round lab and skin 1004

Oh but the moisturizers and cleansers are okay right? Idk about the brands so it matters also? And should i consult to a derma first before getting tret? Or should i just get it on the go
