The neurocranium is the upper and back part of the skull.
By this part of the skull being rotated CCW (counter-clockwise), it provides many benefits. But anyways, the benefits include:
Lower hairline, lower set eyebrows and a less prominent occipital bone. This is also needed for compact midface and is correlated with more prominent upper maxilla, nose-bridge, cheekbones, orbitals and forehead.
