Hey, I’m a girl and I’m 5ft 7 I weigh 76kg/167.5 lbs. What amount of calories should a consume in a day and what exercises should I do in the gym to lose weight and grow my glutes. :)
 
if u want to grow then you need to gain weight, by definition. i think its about weight transfer not about weight loss per-se

generally you do not want above a minimum of fat in your stomach area as that is unhealthy, i don't know why you would want to lose weight elsewhere

if you want to grow muscle and lose fat then you need to consider a reduction of refined carbs
