By far the most important Vitamin and mineral for skin beauty is Vitamin A and Zinc.

The average person used to consume 600 oysters a year, the number diminished to 3 oysters a year.

From eating ~2 oysters A DAY to one every 4 months.

Collegenases, the collagen building enzymes, are zinc dependent

Is this why almost everyone has a form of skin disease today?

Oysters are a zinc powerhouse, you’d actually need to drink 2 liters of milk to get the zinc of one oyster.

Vitamin A stimulates epidermal turn-over, when was the last time you eat liver? If ever.

Bottom line? Eat more oysters and liver. treat your acne.

(Coconut oil and activated charcoal on an empty stomach help tremendously as well)

Won't do shit of u still play in the dirt and wash ur face piss and 6 months old expired detergent and use cum as moisturizer

The problem is, if your skin is very healthy then you may get saggy skin because the skin cells will not be destroyed, so you get too much skin.

Omaga 3 is also important for skin because it reduces inflammation

Overall good thread

Are you sure about that ? , looks quite exaggerated

if oysters are expensive (even in coastal areas) its unlikely people would eat 600 a day

although maybe it is explained by human overpopulation or pollution, maybe it was easier to find oysters back in the day
