is 90lb dumbbell per arm good on incline chest press. Idk why but my lower chest is more developed than my upper.

Upper chest is just tendons insertions and genetics, meaning some people will never grow their upper chest.

Last ressort is spamming low cable crossovers and gundill shrugs (to avoid delts and mid/low pec involvement) and praying that you aren't fucked by genetic limitations
