My under eyes are slightly hollow not noticeable when looking directly at light source but slightly noticeable otherwise. I don't think I have recessed infras just there is no fat in that region I am 10% bf how can I increase fat in that region.

Fat grafting but that’s a temporary fix. You probably have recessed infras.
