I always thought calling indians short was just for the memes. They are actually short damn. No offense meant but you've gotta ditch Hinduism man. Beef is a necessary thing to eat if you want a future.

It shows the avg hieght of Indian states. The tallest is the far northern state which is kashmir which is racially different from them and closer to afghans. But even that is 170 cm still short

It's still dependent on genes but no matter what race, in very high socioeconomic areas dudes hit 5ft10ish easily.

The best diet I've seen so far is unobtainable for 99.9999% of people and no one would ever buy the stuff
GMO , Processed foods will never be able to compete, neither will drugs to make you taller without inducing acromelagy

That would require extreme sexual selection and even then, it's unlikely they will get taller past a certain point without disease
