If the rest of your face is decent most of the time rescessed infras aren't even that bad a nerf. Instead of 20k just get inplants or filler.

If he's really rescessed volufine isn't going to do much. Studies only show about a 2.2% increase if used consitantly.

Thats what volufine is for. Buy that shit and use it consistantly for about 2 months and you should see results

Some people use caffeine serums but that is only temporary. Good sleep is important. Maybe icingg them but that has the same effect as the caffeine serum so just pick one. Theres some really good guides this on here so also just read those.

i think its the camera bc my lips are lwk soft but I will be training traps tmr since I have also noticed I have a pretty long neck

Nahh do NOT train traps unless you have a very very good frame. Just train neck. If your neck is thin it will also look longer. First just make your neck thicker
I have an alright frame, my clavicles are slightly wide but my shoulders are very good genetically so I’ll train traps but not too much. For neck do you mean like neck curls and chin tucks?
