It was about how neck height is extremely important and there are methods to elongate it
 
you can do stretches (as in loosening the muscle, not literally pulling your neck apart), lose weight, mew, improve posture, and exercise to help "elongate" the neck.
That sounds good. I wanted to also use it as an example of a ratio people should go for when getting a bigonial/jaw surgery and people who need to strengthen neck to improve this as well
 
This find creates lots of new ways to looksmax neck as neck is very important in facial aesthetics despite not being the face itself

Over if you dont have rings around your leg bones since you were a toddler
