I think that it's not. Don't get me wrong, habits do have an impact on our growth, but people here overemphasize its role in skeletal formation.
Considering there had been countless anecdotes of people saying that they have had bad habits but gotten good growth, I think it's 75% our genetic makeup and 25% our habits/lifestyle, like how IQ is mostly genetic but certain habits can help stimulate it.
I think it's shitty to point out that not only does someone have bad harmony, but to say that it's also their fault and there's nothing they can do about it.
