Is considering fat dissolving injections reasonable or am I insane?

Hey all, a few years ago I had an intestinal obstruction due to some adhesions I acquired from a corrective surgery performed when I was two weeks old, and I lost a lot of weight in the aftermath. I’m 5 foot 10 and got down to 119lbs lean, which obviously isn’t healthy. I started having symptoms related to my low body weight/bf percentage (pretty bad bradycardia at rest, low energy/libido, etc), so I decided to make an effort to put on some size. Recently I managed to gain some weight, but am unhappy with the changes I’ve noticed in my face. I’m only up about 6lbs, but can see areas that used to be defined/sharp starting to soften up. It’s a hard place to be in because, unfortunately, the most confident i’ve ever felt with my appearance has been when I felt my worst physically. I considered taking a main-gaining approach to maintain a low bf/-percentage, but I’m already what I would estimate to be around 10 percent bf, and I can’t imagine I’d feel great being any lower. Could injections be my answer? Pictures 1-5 are from when I was around 120lbs, and 6-11 are all within the past few weeks. Admittedly the earlier pictures aren’t as uniform and objective in terms of angles as the current ones, but I hadn’t at that point started to autistically analyze every aspect of my face lol.

Absolutely no reason for you to take injections. Please just tuff it out because it will be worth it in the long wrong. Keep on eating good and working out and putting on healthy weight and once youre at a size that youre comfortable with you can cut and your sharp features will come right back
