is cutting out sugar beneficial

Don’t cut out sugar keep consuming it,but you should prefer sources of carbohydrates that is not high fructose corn syrup or something else very refined and processed. Avoid starches,avoid refined sugars,avoid grains and avoid a high fructose to glucose ratio and you’re good, basically anything that has normal sugar (sucrose) derived from Cane sugar,sugar beet and fruits and fruit juices including my favorite drink Mexican Coke.

“No sugar” goons will try convincing that the thing your body runs on is dangerous it all depends on which source. Read up on Ray Peat and you’ll realize how important sugar is.

I've noticed I'm on very low sugar for the most part diet and whenever I am I feel 1000* better tbh

Thank you for saying this and I have a simple answer,you didn’t check your full physical and cognitive availablity. Sure,mentally you’d feel fine but you didn’t for example test how much you strength you could exhibit without carbohydrates before and with carbohydrates and I’ll guarantee you that every time you consume carbohydrates before anything your physical and cognitive performance peaks.

Tried to post roughly same angle in the photos not a huge difference but meantlly its their.
One just has better health indicators,you may have cut out the bad sugars but you should keep good ones I promise.
