Don’t cut out sugar keep consuming it,but you should prefer sources of carbohydrates that is not high fructose corn syrup or something else very refined and processed. Avoid starches,avoid refined sugars,avoid grains and avoid a high fructose to glucose ratio and you’re good, basically anything that has normal sugar (sucrose) derived from Cane sugar,sugar beet and fruits and fruit juices including my favorite drink Mexican Co
