Is indiamart legit?

I live in EU so i cant get trentinoin, cortisone, retinoids and other stuff without a doctors prescription and ive seen on india mart its very easy and cheap but i’m a bit skeptical bc of the indian reputation of hygiene. Are they safe? And what about the Custom clearing when it comes to the EU?

its fully automized , also india mart isnt the manufacturer , its a bridge between the manufacturers and consumers
