I want to achive a simular body but some people told me its impossible bc of my bone genetic and some told me Its most likely possible, just tell me the truth
Im 16 6’0-6’1 and not really lean but more like fat but Im not going on a cut bc I still want to grow a bit taller

Middle chest isn’t a thing brah it’s just lower and upper

nah ik what you mean about middle chest, but just fill out your chest and grow it. The outside of the chest just tends to grow first, so it can make the middle look weird but it’s only a matter of time.

Get a solid bench press (1.5x your body weight)

Get a solid incline bench (1x your body weight)

and do more cable flies

I already incline press 1,2x my bodyweight for 6 reps idk about flat nevet do it

that’s really good, you have a strong chest already but just continue to get even stronger
