The person I visit in my area is really good and I think it might help a little bit with my confidence but I'm not sure

What do you mean, I thought it was safe and it would improve my self confidence

I don't know, I think surgery is too expensive tbh
Because from what I know rhinoplasty specifically describes a nose surgery 🤓

no

if you want to decrease the size of nose, fat dissolving injections can be extremely dangerous, if you need to fill out some bumps then fillers could help. I've also heard about botox injections in nose muscles to make the size slightly smaller, not sure about safety though

It depends on your goals. If you want a slimmer nose, then it’s probably not the best move because if you’re not getting the filler routinely dissolved then migration and yearly top-ups will create the appearance of a wider nose over time. But if you’re smoothing out bumps, then it’s probably okay. Just make sure you go to an injector who uses a vascular ultrasound to reduce the chance of bad effect, like blindness.
