Is like going to the gym 3 times a week enough 🤔🤔🤔 Orr should I do 4-5

You could do 4-5 days a week. 2 days recovery is enough time if your not old
 
however often you can consistently go, but not so often you overtrain risking injury and burnout. I usually train 4-5 times most weeks 4. even once a week is 100% more than 0 times per week.
 
I went like yesterday to gym and I felt like I was dying today maybe in the future I'll do 4-5🤔🤔
how new are you? if it's been a while since you've been to the gym the first couple sessions you'll be sore for days

that's just three assumptions you made and a crazy outlier example but ok.

on a bro split you can train everyday and still recover better than a steroid user on a fbeod split.
 
Depends for a girl who’ll just hit legs and glutes is enough if you wanna do some upper body to keep that toned maybe a lil different but 3 is enough depends on the goal you’re chasing and where you’re @
 
And like @snow said you’re a foid so you’ll be natty so rest and sleep is important most influencers you see take some form of gear or enhancing sups to train more often. Make sure your schedule is made in a way to allow muscle groups to recover before training them again.

The foids can take low dose var but I heard it’s ass especially at low doses

VERYYY NEW cause I used to go like I started going then I just stopped for a while and now restarted
 
If it’s full body yeah, you need a minimum of 2x frequency for every muscle group you train
