is mewing supposed to tire your tongue out

You can just fold your tongue and suck on it all day long pressing the bottom part of your tongue against your mouth. Doesn't get tiring at all that way.
it depends on genetics. i believe only ~80% can roll their tongue. i cant no matter how hard i try.

Bro found a new way to say “cope” but no yea mewing is life and everyone should do it, it changed the game for me, my posture improved, symmetry, athleticism. it helps also helps improve focus, I did some research on the connection to the vagus nerve. How do you even manage to need to consciusly mew? Genuine question, once I found out about mewing I got confused because my tongue is always on the roof of my mouth automatically when I'm not talking/eating/whatever action that makes me have my mouth opened instead of closed
