no where near clapped trust. Some things that may help your hairloss; hair oiling, scalp massaging, dermastamping/microneedling on affected areas to stimulate growth (NOT dermarolling), silk pillowcases, silk lined beanies, shampooing the roots, conditioning the ends, hair masks, regular trims to prevent split ends, and using microfiber to dry your hair instead of air drying or using a bath towel to prevent breakage. You can also try not running your hands through your hair as much, that gets me in my corners. I'm always running my hands through my hair to try and maintain volume but it's really not great because it causes breakage.

ok thank you,
1. for hair oiling, should I use rosemary oil, jojoba oil, argan oil, etc. I’m open to suggestions
2. what type of scalp massages work
3. why not dermarolling

I'd use the stamp becasue of the effects of the roller may pull the skin and hook it in a werid or unuasal way. The other way he can help his hairline is using an natural oil and topic soulutions tgt.
thank you will do
