Why do you take each one, in detail?

Why do you take each one, in detail?
i think its self explanatory

a large chunk work in absence of each other for example say i do phenylpiracetam i wont do fladrafinil

i still feel like none of them act against each other in a way that is redundant since most of the things that help with the same issue are taken in the absence of each other

taking this into account i feel as if there is nothing i could eliminate without compromising the foundational structure of the stack
