I want to order potassium guumies or supplements. Is potassium citrate gummies the same as natural potassium. If so what brand would u recommend for the best value

Ok, is potassium chloride is that same thing as bananas or would i still need natural potassium to, if so what brands would u recommend
I have no brands to recommend since i live in France but you should buy only the brand who sold 100% potassium chloride powder and nothing else
Bananas are used for carbs and vitamins if you need it (for working out for example)
