Discussion is raw meat diet legit or straight lies?

i am a little bit confused because i see people say that it's highly invasive and not recommended, but then i see faceiq's skin quality being WORSE because he wasn't able to eat what he usually eats in a day. this dude's acne even got cleared up when he switched to raw meat. i highly doubt i'll be switching to that diet but im curious to know if it actually works

everything anyone has told u is 99 percent correct, i say 99 percent cause things can get morphed differently when its said to others

gud skin good health and amazing for early development if you live long enough to have kids doyekz195 feed your kids raw meat dont fuck them over be a good father

everything i seen is that is very stupid at least the arguments behind it.

as well your body needs cereals to keep yourself at peak performance so nah i don't think it works
